They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile.

They briefly listened to me, but stopped paying attention. I've been places before where they were judgemental of me, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I've called and left a message once, But didnt get a call back. It's extremely annoying. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. He put my som on a med for hyperactive children and that is not his issue. The med reacted badly for him. Thats where I feel I wasnt listened to.
