A friend highly recommended Dr. Kaminester so I made an appointment for my elderly mother and myself. He found several serious issues with my mother. Dr. K listened carefully to me describe her limited abilities so together we could find the best way to treat her. She is improving nicely. He is also very thorough!

I have been a 69 year old male patient of Dr Kaminester for over a decade due to the affects of living in South Florida for the past 50 years. During a recent visit I asked him about what I thought was a cyst on my chest. He advised me to see a surgeon as soon as possible "because males get breast cancer too". Because of his advice this cancer was detected early and I am now one of many breast cancer survivors.

I choose my doctors very carefully. Having spent countless hours in beach frolic in my first 40 or 50 years, selection of Dr. Lewis Kaminester ten years ago to minister to the many unfortunate results of this activity was accordingly most significant. His professionalism and that of his pleasant and friendly staff have proved to be substantially beyond my expectations. On-time appointments, flawless treatment, consistent follow-up are all hallmarks of this very fine dermatological practice.

I saw Dr. Lewis Kaminester for an infected cyst on my chest. He carefully explained what should be done so that I clearly understood it. We agreed on the surgical procedure since infection was somewhat deep. He removed the infection using local anathesia with his fine staff assisting him. He then explained the home procedure that I was to follow to help avoid any new infection. I saw him several more times and then the stitches were removed. I am thoroughly pleased with the expert hands of Dr. Kaminester and the great knowledge that he displayed in resolving the infected cyst. He is a compassionate physician. I highly recommend him as an outstanding dermatologist along with his excellent staff.

I started seeing Dr. Kaminester June 2016 after moving here from NJ. He is a wonderful doctor and caring person. I had some squamous cell which he removed.. He is the best I have seen in my 65 years. Along with Dr. Kaminester his office staff is the friendliest (cheerful) and most helpful I have encountered. If you want a pleasant experience at a dermatology office this is the place to go.

After over 30 years patronizing Dr. Kaminister’s practice it is safe for me to say that I am very comfortable with him and his long time staff.
In addition to enjoying his entertaining personality I truly respect his decisions on how to handle my old sun damaged skin. Many years ago he made a decision to send me to another specialist in order to handle a specific type of cancer. He realized that I would be more efficiently treated in a MOES equipped office. By doing that he assured me a more comfortable procedure and recovery while potentially achieving success on my first visit, which I did. His decision told me that ego was not going to get in the way of patient care. To me that says something about anyone in any field, especially medicine.
I will travel a greater distance to see him, verses a more local dermatologist, until he finally pulls the plug and retires.

I was referred to Dr Kaminester by my primary physician. I have no doubt that Dr Kaminester's expertise and treatment approach will prevent me from losing my life to skin cancer. My northern European skin makes me especially vulnerable. I have to see Dr Kaminester 6 to 10 times each year to treat the numerous sites that develop from my daily trips to the beach each summer during my youth. I have had other dermatologists but none provided the detailed and knowledgeable treatment I need.

My mom was highly recommended to Dr. Kaminester! He provided excellent care and treatment!!! We finally got the correct diagnosis which was "tinea occulta hidden fungus infection. This was not diagnosed by any other doctor but only by Dr. Kaminester!!!! So happy that we finally got my mom better!!!
