Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

The doctor is very good, sometimes too rushed but always has helpful information, his assistant is another story. She is rude and can run either very hot or very cold. You never know how you will be treated and on her bad days, she's really unprofessional. Too bad, he really is a good doctor but seems to be surrounding himself with a few poorly trained staff members who seem to have forgotten that paitients need to be treated with respect and care.
