Not Really
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished
Would you refer this provider to a family or friend?
No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

I needed a dentist with evening and weekend hours, so I decided to try Bright Now. I am very pleased at the cleanliness of the office, the prompt service and friendly employees. I will recommend this office to others. Thanks for the excellent service.

Both my wife and I were impressed at how friendly everyone was, the cost was less, and recommended treatment was more accurate as to what was really needed than at our previous dentist.
