I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
