Excellent staff, very understanding and accommodating. Dr. Liu was patient, diligent and even though busy took the time to ensure I understood my diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Liu even advised as how to get best price for prescriptions.

Dr Lui and her staff were all quite professional and attentive to my needs.

Rude, unprofessional, rushed, doesn't care, tried to get me to do tests that I don't need. She actually was so rude I was ready to tell her off but I didn't want to step down to her obnoxious behavior. Don't bother going there she gave me the wrong diagnosis. I went to another doctor that was very nice.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Somewhat. It was a little excessive.

Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

No, but they said they were going to!

Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone

I have been a patient of Dr. Liu's for about five years, ever since I had a mild ear infection and my family doctor recommended her. The staff is amazing. They are always friendly and professional, and they never keep me waiting very long. They immediately acknowledge me when I enter the office, and the one or two times I've had to wait for more than five minutes to get into an exam room, they've reached out and said, "She'll be with you very shortly." Dr. Liu is very professional and highly skilled and competent, but she is also very warm and caring. You get the sense that she truly is concerned about your health and well-being. The follow-up calls they make a day or two after your appointment are very nice, also. This has been my best experience with a doctor and doctor's office my whole life. I've had other good doctors, but their staff have been rude and inattentive, or on the flipside, I've been to an office or two that was highly polished with strong staff, but the doctor was aloof - couldn't even remember my name or my condition after visiting a few times within a year for the same dermatological problem. I'm so glad my doctor recommended Dr. Liu.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. The staff here does their best to make you feel at home. They are always friendly and make me feel welcome. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
