Love it here besides there is one rude nurse and sometimes the wait is too long. Depending on the time.

Good doctor and all staff is great to me, but the wait to get in is painfully long. I usually expect to spend 2-3 hours total per visit.

Most staff at the boynton beach location are unprofessional and rude. Have not seen the doctor though.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it theyre front staff is amazing, really nice and caring girls who help in any way or form they can. highly recommend them.

How anyone can have a good experience at this office is beyond me. When you walk in the door and up to the front desk, no one in the office has the manners to even say hello to you. They just wait for you to check in and pay, common courtesy doesn't exist in this office. Lots of rude and grumpy faces are in abundance.

Then after waiting for 45 minutes, when you finally get into a room there is a great chance that the nurse visiting you will have an attitude and be so unfriendly it makes the visit uncomfortable.

Once you finally get in with a doctor, they will examine you for literally five minutes before rushing out of the door. Never once did the doctor even ask me "How are you feeling?". Now this is not my first child, nor my second, so I am not new to OBGYN and prenatal care. This place just reeks of profit before health care. They want you in and out as quickly as possible. If you have any questions they will just be brushed off and not answered in detail. You will get a one sentence response before the doctor has his/her hand on the door ready to exit.

I draw my conclusions being a patient at this office and wishing I had chose another office. I have been with three separate doctors in this office and they were all the same in demenor and unprofessionalism, including Dr. Sussman. As he is the owner of the practice, if he himself wants to rush in/out of the office then that's exactly how the rest of his crew will work. Might be a good doctor, but clearly a terrible business man.

The entire staff at this office is wonderful. I am going through a "later in life" pregnancy and they have pretty much held my hand every step of the way! Dr. Sussman, Ilona and Gayle have all been God-sends. I now bring my teenage daughter for her GYN needs because I trust them that much. I have never felt more comfortable and informed before...and this is NOT my first child. They are the best and I would recommend them to ANYONE!
