My review is based on my attempting to get information regarding a pre-op physical that my mother had with Dr. Lubarski. Initially, I was told that my mother was given clearance from Dr. Lubarski, later I was told she was not, and a third time I was told that she was. These was information given to me by Dr. Lubarski's staff. Finally, I strongly requested that he call me directly by the end of the day.
Eventually, he called and I asked what really was going on and told him that I had been given the run around by his staff all day. Each time a tried to talk, he interrupted and said, "you need to listen." He told me that he order my mom's blood pressure be taken twice a day by the "girls" (nurses) at (her assisted living facility). When I tried to get more information about my mother's condition, he said that his primary concern was my mothers medical condition "which is clearly not yours". I have never spoken to a more pompous arrogant man who seemed truly bothered that I was inquiring about my mother's condition. All of this rudeness from a doctor who was covering for my mom's usual internist.
I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
