The front office was very Unconcerned with my questions and concerns. Shutting me down before I finished asking any of my questions and she was completely disrespectful!

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Thankyou so much Hidden Valley Dental Group for caring so much about my teeth and I. xo

Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current.

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
