I moved back to Wellington recently and was frankly surprised to see him still in business. My wife went to him about 10 years ago with a hearing problem; she returned several times and he kept prescribing ear drops, etc. She finally went to an ENT who discovered a tennis-ball sized lump on her thyroid that was creating pressure resulting in the hearing problem. She had one lobe of her thyroid removed; she has not, and will not, ever return to him. We are not the litigious type, so didn't consider a lawsuit. Just warning others to avoid him is my responsibility.

He is quick to advertise his Catholic faith. My sister-in-law went for a physical and, without her asking, he said he would not prescribe birth control.

At the same time, he's pretty smart; he won a lot of money on Jeopardy. It's too bad that doesn't reflect in his medical practice.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. The website indicates that Dr Jacobs practices when in fact he has retired. There is no information on the doctors there now

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The office was easy enough to find. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there.
