Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Instead of examining my teeth thoroughly like they were supposed to, they only examined them for a few seconds. They should've taken the time to make sure they didn't miss anything.
