Dr. Cristina Figueira is a caring and patient doctor who genuinely cares for her patients. She spends time explaining your issues and never rushes you out of her office. She will quickly answer your questions when you text her and guide you.

I called the office today to make an appointment as a new patient. She was highly recommended by friends. This was my second call, as nobody returned my first call. After speaking to someone in the office on the phone for a few minutes she said “I have spent far too much time on this call,” and hung up.
I called back, and asked to speak to the office manager. The person I spoke to put me on hold, and never came back on the phone. After holding for 15 minutes, I hung up. How do you get to see a doctor when the office staff is so rude?

I have been to many doctors in this area with my family members and Dr. Figueira is the best. She always takes time and never makes you feel rushed and ALWAYS has that beautiful smile. She always shows so much compassion. She is fabulous and understanding with my sister who is disabled. She always gets back to me if I have questions or with her follow ups. She is the best! I LOVE HER!!

I am a fairly new patient (the past year) and
am quite pleased and appreciative of the time given. She is very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions. Most of all she gets back to me pretty quickly with test results and/or tel. calls.

Mediocre physician. Very rude way of speaking down to patients. Not knowledgable about drug interactions. Don't trust her with your health or your life.

Dr. Figueira has been my PCP for almost 2yrs now. I absolutely love her and am so blessed to be able to call her my Primary Care Doctor. She is always so so sweet and always has the biggest smile on her face. She is very well aware of all my medical history and does everything in her power to make sure I have what I need to stay out of the hospital. I never have an issue getting ahold of her when I need her and she is never bothered by any call/message. I cant believe I waited so long to start seeing her- that was a mistake for sure. But I have her as my MD now and am not going anywhere. The staff is great and friendly. I have never heard them be rude to anyone and I am always in that office. Lol. Anyway, she is busy but its bc she is good. She takes her time w every patient. If you are considering seeing her...make it

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
