I would give ZERO stars if I could. Dr. Tsai is a very unprofessional and childish dentist. Set up an appointment with him to start the process of getting a bridge done. When my turn came, he started screaming at his assistants and gave me a really angry look... He was screaming at them and stormed out of the cubicle. Turns out he thought i had an outstanding balance from 4 years ago! I swear I had paid him, but he said there's no record of it. No one from his office ever called me regarding this bill either. I offered to pay him if indeed I owed him any money. He didn't even come back to the room to talk to me about it, instead had his assistant come tell me that he didn't want to see me. I'm in retail myself, I would've NEVER talked to a customer like that! It doesn't matter who was wrong, if you cared about the image of your business or your image as a person, Dr. Tsai would've came back into the cubicle to talk to me face to face. I felt that was very cowardly of him. You don't storm off and hide in the back n talk crap about your customer.... It just shows how childish and unprofessional Dr. Tsai really is. I would never go back to his office ever again!
