They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. In addition to the canned review, let me say that I have seen Dr Jones several times for several different conditions over a 15 year period. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, Dr Jones has always made the appropriate diagnoses, and my outcomes have always been superior. I would not hesitate to see him again personally or to refer friends or family .

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I left the appointment feeling much better and more knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and I felt very informed. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

I felt extremely pressured
