I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
