They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments?
Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

I have been taking my son here for two years and he has only been seen by Dr Timothy WIlliams once! Everytime we go its a different doctor so they dont ever remember my son or I. My friend also brings her son here and she took him in to get his arm checked only to be sent home and she took him again because he kept fussing, only to find that her sons arm had been fractured and they should have caught it the first time. The wait time is terrible in the back room.
