Last week, my husband and I made a decision to change primary care providers and since we had seen on Dr. Soler's office window that one of his specialties is geriatrics, we decided to check out his practice. We asked for a short visit with him and were very pleased with the treatment extended to us by the staff and the doctor. They were very friendly, took time to explain their office procedures and answered any and all questions that we asked. The office and examining rooms were clean We have yet to see Dr. Soler as patients, but are looking forward an amicable and long doctor/patient relationship with him in the future.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

No, I left confused and frustrated
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. Staff tend to blame other staff members for work not completed. They could've used quite a few more staff members. The office never looks busy but you have to wait a long time to see the doctor and then he sends little time with you and talks about how stressed he is.
