the experience is horrible!!! they even couldn't do the x-rays right. Tried many times, changed three people to get it right. OMG!! They tried so hard to sell the deep cleaning program, even it was really unnecessary. In order to sell the deep cleaning, the girl even didn't clean the my husband's teeth well. She spent 10mins to do the cleaning, could feel clearly that she only did partial of the job. We spent the money for cleaning, but they thing they provided is called polish by them. what a shirty business they are doing.
Decent waiting room but once you get to the back it's old, nasty, and dirty. Dentist was rather rude and assistant did a poor job cleaning my teeth. She didn't use a dental pick at all and the mirror the dentist used was covered in hard water stains. Absolutely horrendous place, avoid at all costs!!!
Visited Downtown Smile Center for teeth whitening and xrays: scheduling was easy and the procedures were fine (was set up with a Lion KIng on TV:)). The problems began with follow ups: I had to come back to pick up my whitening trays and I was told that I could not come to pick them up because the doctor was out of town for three weeks and he had to be in the clinic (not seen, but in the clinic). I also requested copies of my xrays: first they offered to e-mail them but when I got home and contacted them for the copies they said that they would not be able to email them and I had to pick them up. Called again to set up an appointment to deliver the flash drive. I brought the flash drive and they wouldn't put them on the flash because "the whole system would have to be turned off in order to do that" --what system? Are they running a spaceship? Left my flash and came back the next day, the copies were not ready. After some eye rolling and heavy nostril breathing from the staff finally got my copies. I am a therapist and I deal with patients daily, I was wondering--what is so annoying about my behavior? --Patient being unreasonable, wants her medical record?
