Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I got an appointment quickly. I didnt have to wait too long. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. One thing that's been so annoying about Western Dental Centers, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until iam already there! They are always behind on scgedule and i end up waiting like two hours and then they tell me "sorry the dentist wont be able to see you today" !! Its really annoying , it hasnt happened once , its happened plenty of times. Iam never going back to them, horrible service.!
