I am both Dr. Henning's patient and a long-time friend and admirer. He is a dedicated cardiologist and cardiovascular research investigator - both of the absolute first quality! He is totally dedicated to patient care, utilizing his research results to lengthen and improve his patients' lives. His research currently is focused upon the use of stem cells, isolated from umbilical cord blood after normal childbirth, in the repair of hearts damaged by heart attacks. He is also recognized by James A. Haley Veterans Hospital and the Univ. of S. Florida for teaching students and residents in training. I am elated and very fortunate to have Dr. Henning as my health care specialist!!

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Dr. Henning has repeatedly been accused of improper behavior with USF student researchers. Do not work in his lab, if contacted by him, do not respond! The USF Honors College no longer allows him to work with students and encourages you not to contact him for a lab position.
