They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay.

I was turned away, even though my son was in need of getting his tooth filled. He also refused to take me back to discuss my son's case, and instead did it in the wating room of his office. When I tried to understand why he felt the need to do the work at a hospital, and use general anesthesia he called me combative, and continued calling me combative through the rest of the conversation, even though I was trying to explain why I was upset. I do not recommend him, and I am filing a formal complaint with the the Dental board. After the incident occurred, I returned to my primary dentist, and the tooth was filled later that week.
