Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They do not validate parking, then they schedule a hundred trips for one job, she can not get it done in one visit times 6.00 per parking i have spent 48.00 in parking. Does she make commision off parking or what. Then they speak armenian and spanish to everybody back and forth in there office. When doctor lena is working with me she speaks armenian in front of me to an assistant. She embarrased me while she was working on my infected tooth. She said really embarrasing remarks about it and she couldnt act more professional. I am tired of going back and forth on a weekly thing for one root canal. Tomorrow they shave my tooth down, take an impression, put a temporary on, send to lab and make me come back in two more weeks. Boy its exhausting. And costly in parking.
