They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. Creepy Doctor. I left the practice after two visits. Bedside manner lessons were lacking at this practice.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. I have been a patient of Dr. Brauner's for more than 24 years and feel he is an absolute expert in his field. His office always ran smoothly and the same faces were there year after year - which says a lot for his character right there! I always felt safe and relaxed in their care, which is hard to say at you OB/GYN's office!

First of all the wait was very long about 45 min before I was taken back. I only saw one other patient there. The staff really wasn't to friendly but the worst part was Dr. Brauner kept starring at my breast. I felt so uncomfortable and I was there for a pap. I should of left before he came back to do it. I had about an hour to debate it and just as I had decieded to get dressed - I was going to tell him it's taking to long and I have to go - he walked in. ugh.. so I stayed and queezed through out the whole process. I left and called later to say I would not be back, that I am more comfortable with a women.
