I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. Sorry to hear Dr. Levin retired, last year. Dr. Levin had been my doctor for the 12 years.
