I was disappointed with how little they knew about immunizations. I was hoping they'd be able to inform me a little more. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office.
