Dr. Gayoso is a fabulous surgeon with an excellent bedside manner. I was not pressured to have more surgeries and in fact, since I am a higher risk patient, he did a great deal of research of my medical background before he would consider the abdominoplasty. His nurses and staff are wonderful. All of my concerns were willingly addressed post-op as well as pre-op. His office is sterile, his nurses efficient, and I would recommend him to anyone.
