Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments?
Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Was this provider's office clean?
Yes everything was neat and sterile
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

I went to Dr. Morris' office when I was a child and will now be taking my child there. Although I have not yet met his partner, I feel as if Dr. Morris is one of the best pediatrician's around and has a very professional office staff. Although, you will wait a long time sometimes, for the most part, they're very flexible with work-in appointments.

Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us

Yes

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
