My insurance changed and I thought they would wait until 2012 to complete the procedure and bill me then so I could use flexible benefits. Instead I received a bill showing payment 60-90 days late, so I need to pay in 2011. I already set aside this money for 2012, so I'm out double. Dental work was fine. Communication was not.
