They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They were great with my young kids and i felt like the doctor and staff really cared about me as a person.
