The worst dentist I've ever been to. Had to go in twice, once to have my wisdom teeth pulled and next to have cavities filled. The waiting room was cramped and uninviting. Nothing to around to indicate that this Dentist thinks and cares about his patients. (or should I say customers?) The receptionist was very unhelpful unless the matter of billing was discussed. The first visit, I waited about 45 minutes after my appointment time to get started with x-rays and the teeth pulling. David's dental assistant worried me and made me feel that I was not in competent hands. She was a young Asian girl who tripped over the dental equipment wires and tubes several times while walking in and out of the room and asked many questions about how to do her job to David. My first impression of David was that he was very lethargic. He kept sighing every few minutes and kept effective communication to a minimum. He spoke very little and when he did speak he seemed to be talking down to me like he just wanted to get on with the job (which he thankfully did). Although I did not feel safe and I now wonder why I went back at all. On the second visit I had around the same wait time, same incompetent assistant and same lethargic dentist. Only this time was slightly worse. David injected me with the anesthetic in the wrong area and I felt most of the drill on the first filling. I told him it was extremely painful, and he obliged with another injection to the [correct] area of my mouth. As he drilled into my mouth I began to cry (which I had never done for 21 years in front of a dentist before) not because it hurt, but because I wish I wasn't having the worst experience with a dentist I've ever had. I've had 5 dentists before him. Thankfully the dental assistant comforted me when she noticed I was crying. So that was nice. Don't go to this dentist unless your insurance won't be taken anywhere else nearby. You have been warned.

I love this office. They don't con you into an unnecessary appointment to go over your dental needs and charge you $85 for nothing. I make appointment and never have to wait over 10 minutes. There isn't a lot of chit chat and they get the job done quickly so I can get back to work or the things I love to do in life. If you don't have a cavity he doesn't charge you. This may not be your cup of tea but it is mine, I like their style. Once they put you in a chair they come back and work on you, they aren't in the other room making you wait while they chat about their friends. My daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled as many as I wanted at the time and it didn't cost $4,000 and it didn't even cost $1,000. If you don't like going to the dentist, these are the ones for you.

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

Dds Lee IS AMAZING!!!! I will bring all of my kids to him now! I am speechless at how efficiently he worked w/ my 4 yr old son--WOW! TOP NOTCH!!!They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are comfortable.
The t I really enjoyed their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it drives me crazy. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
