If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. The dental services are competent enough, but they overboook. If your apointment is at 2pm, you arrive ten minutes early, but then sit in the waiting room for at least an hour. This is disrespectful to the patient. I don't have three hours for a 1/2 hour dental appontment.

Dr. Yvonne Kounang puts her patients first. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. They processed all insurance claims quickly.

I am leaving this dentist forever. I am a person that tries to demonstrate patience, but after many visits where I have had to endure long wait times often exceeding an hour sitting in their lobby and then being moved to a dental chair to sit for another 15 minutes, compounded with appointment cancellations or my showing up for appointments that they forgot to schedule, it is evident that this dentist is incompetent. Dr. Yvonne Kounang has a serious chip on her shoulder and places her time and personal agenda above her patients. Trust me, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, otherwise it will be an "I told you so" situation.
