The dentist herself is nice and attentive. Her hygienist is also really good. Her receptionist is nice enough. The office manager/biller left me really disappointed. She would not reach out to the insurance to address issues, and requested that I do so. Upon doing so, after relaying the insurance information to her, she refused to listen or talk to them herself. If you are managed care, go somewhere else. You will probably pay less out of pocket and not have to deal with demeaning staff talking down to you.
