This highly successful practice is not for me. I needed to find another urologist with different level of skill sets. Two tubes running out of back(directly from kidneys) to sacks around ankles was not an acceptable alternative to a TURP. TURP was an overnight procedure elsewhere.
They aren't easy to reach in an emergency at all. I ended up having to visit the emergency room because I couldn't get a hold of anyone there. Almost every time I go, I have to remind them who I am and why I'm there. They obviously don't make much of an effort to get to know their patients. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I was in so much pain during my entire appointment that I know could have been avoided if they actually knew what they were doing. They should have been much more careful.
