Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

My Dad, 89 years old, entered the hospital January 4 2010 with pneumonia. He stayed for five days, and Hampsey visited him once. Dad was released to rehab January 9. It has been almost 7 days and Hampsey has not shown up. Dad is not eating. He is growing weaker. No one is directing his care. I called Hampsey tonight (January 15) on an emergency basis, and he said he will not do anything until he visits Dad (for the first time) on Monday. So Dad will suffer two or three more days while Hampsey ignores him.

Dad has said for the past year that "Hampsey has given up on me." I told him that doctors are busy and not to give up on Hampsey. Now I don't believe what I said.

This doctor does not have his patients’ best interests at heart. If you have a geriatric family member, do not expect help from Hampsey – he is worthless.
