They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me.

Slow service, very unhelpful staff. Overall a very bad experience, I will never go there again. I will take my prescription and fill it somewhere else. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any doctor's office, and I am not at all exaggerating. The only reason I gave them one star is because you can't select zero at this website.
