I called the day before my appt to reschedule and they threatened a $45 cancellation fee. I needed to postpone my appt two weeks because I was getting a new roof on my house. So I had to keep the appt. and postpone my new roof and an entire construction crew. I had to spend $200 of the roof money to get my teeth cleaned so I couldn't do both in the same day. I called 19 hours and 45 minutes before the appt & they wouldn't let me postpone it. I'm very unhappy with this place now. I don't care much for people in the helping professions that care more about money than they do the patients. That's just me :-(

I have not yet visited this office, but have spoken to the front office staff and the office manager, Yolanda. Yolanda had good command of the English language and was very friendly and insightful. I must say that I am very intrigued and look forward to meeting the staff & dentist in person.

When visiting Dr Hoang I have never experienced pain, the quality of care is outstanding and he has a helpfull staff.
I have my wife, Mother in law, and friends go to Tri Star Dental.
Of all I have sent there over the years none have had a single complaint on care or price.
What more could you want from a Dentist.
