Recently I brought a friend to the Bardmoor facility for her colonoscopy. She was told to be there 11:45 AM so we arrived prior to that. She was told to tell me to pick her up at 1:30 PM. I waited in the waiting room from 1 - 3 PM. I then inquired about my friend. I was told "The Dr. usually runs late. There is a patient before your friend whose procedure will be 1 l/2 hours. Your friend will be next. You can come back in 2 - 2 1/2 hours to pick her up." I picked her up around 5:30 PM, took her home, then headed to my home in Clearwater.
I felt this office was rude, inconsiderate & unprofessional.
I need to schedule a colonoscopy for myself. However, after this horrible experience & reading the other reviews, I would NEVER consider her for my doctor.

If you can get past the completely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL office staff, then you are doing better than most. Why would any physician want this to be the first impression of their practice. Find another doctor. Your health is too important to put it in the hands of people who obviously hate their jobs and couldn't care less about their patients. Dr. Goldberg--you should pay more attention to the importance of who represents you. It is a reflection on you, your professionalism and your career. You can do better!

Heidi Goldberg is very friendly. She takes an aggressive approach to diagnosing you by ordering a full battery of tests. Be advised GI work is expensive.
