Doctor consistently overbooks. Wait is always from 1 to 4 hours. Staff is rude and nasty. They talk to patience like they are garbage. No consideration for clients time or needs. Staff does not like to work, any request is an inconvenience to them. Doctor may be qualified to treat clients but he doesn't know how to hire courteous staff and has no consideration for patients' time.
