I suffer from bipolar disorder. I saw Dr. McClane 3 times over 6 months. He wrote a lot of notes and offered no more help after the first visit. I called to make an appointment and was having an episode of the problem from which I suffer. He belittled me and mentioned the dissatisfaction my mother (who had just passed away) must have had to deal with in having me as a child. He hung up on me which infuriated me to no end. He put me on 100mg of sertraline a day. If I do not take this medication I go into debilitating withdrawal. I called him this morning and pleaded with him to make an appointment and explained to him that if I don't have the medication he has put me on I can't walk , talk, eat or see straight. He called me back this afternoon rubbed it in the fact he won't see me again and kept me on the phone bubbling an so proud that he has the power to tell me horrible things. There is nothin I can do about this unfortunately and will have to admit myself to the hospital in about 3 days from now because he is the only one that wis able to refill a prescription I absolutely have to have. He is a worthless doctor an punishes patients for the disorders and other issues thy may have. He is condescending and has no respect for his patients or the loved ones that have passed. In my opinion which never has or never will matter he should not be a doctor of any kind and should not at all deal with patients who have mental illnesses.

I WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THEY DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE, IMPORTANT AND HELP IN EVERYWAY POSSIBLE. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THEM FOR YEARS. THE MOST WONDERFUL PEOPLE YOU WILL MEET. THEY TAKE THAT EXTRA TIME AND CARE DEEPLY. EVERYONE THEY TREAT INDIVIDUALLY AND CARE SO MUCH FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
