It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. The waiting room had toys and magazines. I like Dr. Cory, but I'm very disappointed in his staff. Whenever I call I have to wait on the line just to talk to the answering service. Then it takes up to an hour for the nurse to call me back. Reaching Dr. Cory by phone is not even an option. I think they just take on way too many patients to provide decent customer service.
