Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Personally, I had few scheduling issues with Baquero's office, and my visits were for routine illnesses. I was balance-billed, though they were in my insurer's network, and during two conversations, they attempted to collect payment. It wasn't until I threatened alerting the insurer that they admitted the "mistake".

More seriously, my wife went to Baquero for migraines. He implied that she had looked up symptoms in an attempt to have pain meds prescribed. She was recently diagnosed with an aneurysm which has contributed to complex migraines, for which she is undergoing surgery. Had this physician done his job and at least referred her to a specialist that knew his practice, this could have potentially been caught years ago before symptoms progressed into the more serious nature they are now.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
