Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they do not address the needs of their patients. After 5 pm I was informed that not only had he been out all week, he would also be out on Thursday, the day of my appointment. I needed a refill, and the office didn't take that need seriously. If they informed the doctor, he did not either. Their staff was not professional at all.
