Cannot get an appointment with this Doctor for several months. He is a good doctor but this is ridiculous. Started in April and will finally see him in October.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Every time my wife and I visit we wait at least 1amd a half hours after our appointment time to be seen. If your looking for even a semi punctual doctor then Sebastian Draulans is not for you.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
