Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. Their instruments were rusty, which is creating a big concern for me specially after watching the news today.

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. The billing process was disorganized, and the office refused to work with me after billing me far more than the estimate. Performed work that I did not authorize on my family. The work they did for me was not good - I have a cap that is misshapen because of this dentist. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect the doctor very much, and some staff members were rude.
