I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment.

I didn't get a chance to see Dr. Calzadilla myself, because they misinformed me regarding my appointment. They scheduled me when I worked, for either 12 or 1 - I told them I work try to get that time off. I didn't get it figured out until the next morning, but when I called the office act like I never spoke to them before. Apparently the person I spoke to didn't schedule me, and didn't even take down my information. I put my coworkers and manager in a person where they had to bend over backwards to make that time, and when I called the office back - they did not put in half the effort I did to make the time work, and sent me to their walk-in. It's an honest mistake, but it's also my health - at least my management understood that. As for Dr. Calzadilla, he is my boyfriend's primary and says great things. Apparently he specializes in sport injuries which is why I wanted to see him specifically. If you make an appointment, make them accommodate YOU. I went out of my way to go to this office, and look where it landed me.
