Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Whenever I've asked for more information about something I was wondering about, they've never made me feel like my question was irrelevant or stupid. They've always been very understanding. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
