Dr. Waterman put a new crown on a tooth for me, then several weeks later drilled thru the new crown to do a root canal, after being infected. The crown then cracked off and Dr. Waterman does not think he is responsible for this nor did he offer to fix or repair the crown or replace. In fact he would not even admit that it had cracked off.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, however, I paid in full since I was visiting from out of town, but now my insurance has paid also and Dr. Waterman, is still holding my $76.00 refund. The service took place April 23, 2012 and I have called for my money back with no results. This is totally unacceptable in my way of thinking!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They are willing to work with me and they are always prompt on helping if a problem arises. Dr. waterman is the best!
