The staff at the office are absolutely rude and incompetent. Especially the woman by the name of SUE. She is disrespectful, rude, and an absolutely ugly person. I will not be coming back solely because of her. Dr. Bateyko should FIRE HER.

Watch out with these people. They do not know what HIPPA is, and if you dare asking for you lab results to be sent to you, they will refuse to give them unless you pay for another consultation.
I filed an official complaint with the Florida Department of Health.

Dr Bateyko and his staff have been a real pleasure; my appointments are on time; he spends great one on one time answering my questions and discussing options and recommendations; he is truly a Wellness Dr not just treating problems.
I have been healthier and more physically fit since making him my primary care Physician.
