I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. Whenever I called with a question or concern, t . Nurses are excellent - the Dr. seems unconcerned with your questions - just do as he says - and he doesn't get back with you about your tests - you just get ordered medicine and never checks up to see if your are doing okay - and if not just orders you more on top and never even talks to you personally - felt like a number rather than a person .

Its not that my appointments were cancel by the dr. it was that they would schedule my appointments and then I would sit in their office for up to an hour without being seen as I would finally walk out, this happened on at least 4 occasions and then when I complained they fired me as a patient without so much as a call to try and resolve the matter. I can't count on them ever. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff would just leave me on hold and if I left a messages my calls were not returned. I would NOT recommend becoming a patient of Dr. Joseph Alonso.......
