Dr. Ramappa has been my gynecologist for almost two years now. I trust her judgment when it comes to my health. I have to be closely monitored due to having a history of breast cancer, so I am at a higher risk of ovarian, endometrial and cancers. To date, she has performed two laparoscopic surgeries on my ovaries and removed cysts from both of them. I will admit at first, I was a bit intimidated by her, as she is very to the point, but as you get to know her and her way of conducting herself, she is extremely professional and her goal is to help each woman that she treats. I now understand that she is very matter-of-fact, and shoots from the hip and is compassionate about what she does. I am thankful to have found a female doctor that can assist me in my journey to stay well. The office staff is also very professional and courteous. I never have difficulty scheduling appointments and rarely wait more than 15 minutes to see Dr. Ramappa.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

They ignored my questions (some vital to my health through my pregnancy) and my appointment seemed rushed after I waited for an hour and a half to get in. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there, and has run me in circles several times. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It's been hard to pick up my medical records, staff member has repeatedly changed what she has said to me, as well as when I cancelled my next appointment 3 days after my missed appointment I was notified that I missed an appointment and there will be a charge my next visit. When I return call due to the fact I cancel they claim no one called or left me a message, and found out the girl saying this TO me was the GIRL on my MESSAGE that I have the VOICEMAIL for. She also said 'no later than friday' 2 fridays ago about my medical records. VERY VERY unhappy.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
